Jane Webber

Meet Jane Webber our schools worker

I joined the project in September 2018 after studying for a BA in Applied Theology at Moorlands College, while working as a children and families worker at a church in Exeter. My career background was in the beauty sector where I taught beauty and spa therapies in an FE college in North Devon. Working within schools is always a fun and exciting challenge. I love to see young people discover who Jesus is and why he is important within our lives today.

All the churches to all the schools

The Schools Christian Worker Project represents all the churches to all the schools in Oswestry and Ellesmere District. We work with both primary and secondary schools to enable young people of all faiths and none to explore the Christian faith. We aim to provide fun and relevant activities to encourage young people to connect with the relevance of Christianity, reach their potential and make a positive impact within society.

The Schools Christian Worker Project is a registered charity that was set up in 1998, to provide support to schools in all activities and matters relating to the Christian faith. We are an organisation that is affiliated to Scripture Union UK, and we enjoy the support and backing of ‘Churches Together in Oswestry District’ and ‘Churches Together in Ellesmere’.
